No. Pricing is what's listed. We'll help you connect your first integration in onboarding at no extra charge.
Yes. Up- or down-grade at any time. Charges are prorated to the day. Annual plans can be paused but not downgraded mid-term.
An integration is one set of credentials connecting PropSocket to one external system. Each credential set you add is its own integration — so two separate Entrata accounts are two integrations, just as Entrata + Yardi is two integrations. Syncing more properties or units through a single credential set doesn't change the count; adding another set of credentials does. Today every supported integration is a PMS; that's the catalog we're starting from, not the limit.
Yes — Starter comes with a 30-day free trial, so you can run real integrations before you commit. We ask for a card to start and won't bill you until the trial ends; cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged.
Soft cap — your integrations keep running. You're billed for overage at the per-unit rate on your tier. You'll get email notifications at 80%, 100%, and 120% of your allotment.
Yes. Pick annual at checkout and you pay ten months for twelve — 2 months free, available on Starter, Growth, and Scale. Enterprise is annual-only with negotiated volume discounts.
We're mid-audit. We've engaged an independent audit firm and we're in the ~3-month observation period, with our SOC 2 Type II report expected in Q4 2026. In the meantime we're happy to walk you through our security controls and share our audit scope. Once complete, we expect to make the Type II report available to customers under NDA on request.
